Can you repair an item that wasn't purchased from yourselves?

If the item is brand new from another retailer and it is within the warranty period, we will not carry out any work, as this will void the warranty on your item and you will not be able to return it. We always recommend to return it to the manufacturer where possible. However, if the item is out of the warranty period, or it is second-hand, we will be more than happy to carry out a repair upon request.

Do you offer a warranty on secondhand items?

Even if an item is second-hand in store, we service everything that comes through our doors and ensure it is functioning as it should. On top of this, we offer a 90 day warranty on second-hand goods.

We also offer a 1 year warranty on brand new instruments, however these need to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair.

I have an item which has become faulty after the warranty has expired, can I still have it repaired?

Yes you can! Even if the warranty window has expired, we can still carry out a repair for you, however there is a charge for any parts, servicing or labour that may need to be carried out. Contact us for more information if you have an item that has become faulty after the warranty period, and we can give you a quote for the cost of the repair.

I have an item I want to return, what is the process?

If you have purchased something online from our store and you are not happy with your purchase within the 14 day return window, please contact us and we can try to sort this out for yourself.

Do you offer delivery?

We do offer delivery, with free shipping on orders over £149. If the order is under £149, there will be a delivery charge which you will be able to view at point of payment. (We also offer a free click and collect service!)

Do you offer monthly payment plans?

Unforunately we do not offer monthly payment plans at this moment in time. Watch this space!

Do you price match?

Due to the fact that a lot of our products are second-hand, we do not price match. You may find the same second-hand item online, however this will be different to the item we have, e.g. cosmetic flaws, modifications. With the item not being a exact like for like, we cannot do a price match. We can price match new products, however it needs to be UK based, in stock at the time of the price match request, and it cannot be through a 3rd party selling vendor.

What's your quality assurance?

Every second-hand guitar that comes through our doors is hand-checked and serviced so you can rest assured that your getting a top quality product. Our quality checks include a deep clean of the guitar (using lemon oil on dark wood fingerboards), a polish and clean of the body and hardware, a full check of the electronics, truss rod and action adjustment, a check of the intonation and a final buff and polish.
