Fender American Standard Strat 2007 Olympic White (Pre-owned)

The American Standard Stratocaster was the off the shelf model produced by Fender for many years, well known for their superb build quality and playability before being replaced by the American Professional. It is considered as a great all around guitar from the american range, considered the benchmark before moving onto the Deluxes/Elites.

As standard this Strat is constructed from Alder, paired with a maple neck and a rosewood fingerboard. The modern C neck profile is comfortable in the hands, with the rosewood feeling silky smooth underneath your fingers. Aswell as fantastic playability and comfort in the hand, the guitar is loaded with 3 American Standard singlecoil pickups, wound in the USA featuring Alnico V magnets. These pickups sound vintage but offer a nice clarity and bite, meaning this guitar can cover a lot of ground.

The guitar also features the  "no-load" tone pot, with the pot wired to both the bridge and middle pickup. This means that when bottom tone pot is on "10", it is bypassed completely keeping some of the top end in the signal otherwise lost.

The 2-point synchronized American Standard tremolo system is smooth and offers great tuning stability, keeping your strings in check whilst you dive and flutter to your hearts content.

This guitar has been well looked after. There is very light fretwear and some light scratches on the pickguard which are very hard to see.

This guitar has been set-up and serviced in house here at Muso Tech.

This is a secondhand item and comes with a 3 month warranty and a hard case.
