The RG series by Ibanez are well known by many as no-frills rock machines, and the RGT6EXFX is no exception to this. The mahogany body is sleek yet comfortable in the lap, and lightweight too. The mahogany set thru neck construction offers more sustain, and is super fast up and down thanks to the classic Wizard II neck profile.

The fixed Ibanez hardtail bridge is a great addition and adds even more sustain, also meaning less hassle changing tunings on the fly. To complement all of this, the guitar is loaded with the classic EMG 81 & 85 pickup set, perfect for heavier styles of music, maintaining a high output and a tight bottom end. Controls feature a 3 way switch for pickup selection, and a single volume and tone control.
