PRS SE Custom 22 Semi Hollow Natural (Pre-owned)

The Custom 22 & 24 are synonymous with Paul Reed Smith, being the first models manufactured for the general public by them all the way back in 1985. In that time PRS have expanded their range and improved on the features and the designs over the years, including the SE range of guitars. These guitars are manufactured overseas rather than in the USA, but these guitars offer the same DNA that lives in the more expensive models.

This Custom 22 features a mahogany body along with a mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. The semi hollow construction offers a lightweight instrument that is well balanced. The neck profile is sleek and smooth in the hand, allowing for superb playability up and down the fretboard.

The guitar is loaded with 2 G&B HFS and Vintage Bass pickups (which are stock.) These pickups are reminiscent of a set of PAF humbuckers, with a vintage balanced tone that is a bit hotter than normal. These are controlled with a single volume and single tone control, accessed via a 3 way switch.

This guitar has a visual defect on the back of the body, but this does not affect the playability of the guitar.
